H1 immigrants fueled the IT economy for the past few years to make the software industry soar. Now that we're done shooting to the moon and dot-coms have turned to dot-bombs, we don't need as many H1 immigrants anymore. We can be selective of who works on DoD stuff. It's a good thing.
