With globalization comes the hard truth that you are now competing against everyone in the world. A lot of immigrants may not have your 4-year US college degrees, but we nonetheless know how to get the job done and thats why employers hire us. The fact that we are willing to do it for less money is just to our advantage and everyone will just have to deal with it.
Look out, America, because you haven't been "white" for a long time and you will continue to be predominantly "mixed" in terms of ethnic and cultural diversity. You should consider yourselves lucky because you are the true melting pot of the world.
