An idea or concept, is only as good as it's implementation.

I have seen some "fake" drivers licences, and some of them are pretty good.I don't think that any State DMV, could

integrate this high-level technonlogy without some serious

restructuring of their whole operation. All of us are aware

of the understaffed, overworked, and underpaid syndrome of

most State DMV's. God help us if this National ID Card is

"rolled out" in this type of environment.

"A theory is a nice idea, ganged up on by a bunch of brutal

facts".
