I don't think the motives of the "Deceptive Duo" are perfectly altruistic, but they should not be the focus

of the topic of "network security". The fact is they exposed some very sloppy configuration of an important

entity's network, the F.A.A. This in itself confirms to me that many Gov. entities have little regard for computer

and/or network security. There is no excuse for this, as many software tools, such as Retina, Stat, SecureIIS, Shavlik Admin Suite, Etc, Are available as "free" trial ware.Also many Unix and Linux tools as well. One would hope,that someone at the F.A.A. would avail themselves

of the rich resources waiting to be plucked like ripe fruit.
