There's a trend I'm noticing increasingly, corporations being quick to call their consumers on any wrongdoing in their part, but the inability for the consumers to do likewise. It's perfectly legal for a company to exert its monopoly and raise rates while limiting value, but the consumer is supposedly in the wrong for taking back that value, because it violates certain restrictions which said consumer "agreed" to be bound by when entering into the relationship with the corporation (due to hideously long and labyrinthine EULAs and lack of market competition). In fact while it only seems reasonable that a corporation would have some obligation to its consumers, it's becoming more and more difficult to find any instance of them. Case in point, ISP and cable television providers with regards to service interruptions. One is paying a monthly fee for service, but not reimbursed for lost days of service. If a consumer presented a corporation with an agreement to be bound to certain terms
