A sentence for a crime such as system intrusion is no worse than eco[nomical] crime where people scam their own companies and the state for billions of dollars and then flee to some backwater country where they sit untouchable, just counting their pennies. I have far greater respect for somebody that face the consequences of their actions and do hard time for it, and then try to turn their life around and make something good out of what they have learnt during a period of their life that they would assumably be far from proud of.
