im with stew! these kids could know nothing about networks, hacking, cracking whatever you want to call it. The government is dumb but they are not that dumb. Most of their sites are not connected to government networks. They also said that they found confidential information. The information that they found was public and maybe it would take a little while to find it but if you have the time i guess you could get it. The reason these two didnt offer their services because no one would hire them because they really dont know what they are doing. That's just my opinion i could be completely wrong.
