Ted Bridis, The Associated Press 2003-04-29

hi

there's some really dumb stuff being posted here, makes me wonder about who the real audience for these secfocus articles are. i've yet to see on halfway intelligent comment posted here.

high profile hacks require more than one person?

so when the ad-server for secfocus was compromised, with an exploit for the crc32 hole in ssh (hey, I have no prior knowledge of this attack -- jay dyson figured this one out!), it required a group of people to change the banners?

and, since when do hackers not ddos? i don't think there is anyone here who would question scut/7350's skill (check the 0dd archives for his splendid hpux shellcode!@#), and yet he managed to hold hack.co.za and alldas.de down for, how many months at a time?

peace
