I have been sitting here trying to think of an elegant way to point out just how mistaken and foolish you are. There is not one. His legal maneuvering will be seen for exactly what it is, a poorly constructed attempt at subverting the system in a frantic attempt to either find a loophole or hopelessly stall the governments case. He probably read a book on successfully defending yourself in which most of these tactics are outlined. It is obvious that he is trying to "hack" this case by probing for known vulnerabilities in the system until he finds one that works, but just as reading a few books will not make you a hacker, neither will they make you a lawyer. He is not crazy, that much is obvious, he is simply stupid. I have never seen a better illustration of "The man who defends himself has a fool for a client." That is true on so many levels here.
