Feds: 'Hacker Journal' Implicates Heckenkamp

Meticulous notes recovered from his computer allegedly link the accused eBay hacker to intrusions at over one hundred universities and companies. Heckenkamp's family says he's the victim of a frame-up.

I agree with both of you guys. One time I was hacked and used for a DOS attack with out my knowledge. I never got in trouble because most companies wont even report a attack so that's probably why I didn't get a phone call. I think if he sticks with that story that some other hackers cracked his box and toke over it he might get less jail time. If you start acting like you are crazy well that can work but i'd rather be in a maximum security prison with my own cell than some crazy house with people that are really crazy and have to have sessions where they talk about how it's wrong to hurt people. That's just my opinion.
