Meticulous notes recovered from his computer allegedly link the accused eBay hacker to intrusions at over one hundred universities and companies. Heckenkamp's family says he's the victim of a frame-up.

Putting ANY hacker in jail is going to cause even more serious problems. Now, any other prisoner has access to his knowledge. Who knows what kinds of people are going to learn hacking techniques from him!
