looks like you are the only one who got the point of this article...

The fact is, only the really hardest of core folks have bothered to try hacking consoles. You have to know SO much more than a couple silly UNIX commands to do that, plus you have to buy one and pretty much tear it apart (or in any case, risk destroying it). The hacker kids out there don't wanna spend their allowance doing that! But now... with them being online, they don't. They can sit on Dad's PC, or the XBox that grandma bought them for christmas (depending on how exclusive this ACTUALLY turns out to be) and do their thing...

Like the article metioned, if it is possible to zombie XBoxes, then the 'net could be in a world of hurt.
