In reality CRACKERS write exploits to crack into production systems for nefarious purposes.
HACKERS attempt to exploit production code to see if CRACKERS can exploit it for nefarious purposes.
Please try no to mix the two up.
There has been the situation where CRACKERS have turned HACKER simply by exploiting the results of testing they have done.
In the end if you want your code to be bullet proof, get some serious hackers to attempt to hack your most secure code - prior to release and give them the rewards they deserve for doing it for you.
Otherwise stop whining.
