Proof of his lack of skills and experience, however, is readily available and demonstrated by the fact he GOT CAUGHT.
Anybody can pick up a book and learn how to use something, contingent only upon having the reading comprehension of a high-school graduate -- or as technical documentation in many cases demonstrates, grammar school.
