Microsoft pulls software update because of Internet glitches

Microsoft Corp. withdrew a security improvement for its flagship Windows XP software after it crippled Internet connections for some of the 600,000 users who installed it.

"Microsoft said early indications linked the problems to some popular third-party products" Imagine that, M$ blaming some other vendor for their patch causing problems!! Every time I have had a problem with one on their patches and had to contact them, they have a fix for it, but don't release it until you contact them and pay the support fee. Seems to me like they got caught in one of their money making scams.
