No way am I responsible for what YOUR radio waves do when they hit my PC.
Cracking is a different story so I wont go into that, but for simply receiving an UNREQUESTED radio wave on my receiver..
It is still a free country, and until we need permits to move through cities and streets I fail to see how I can be held liable.
Next you'll be holding me responsible for hearing music from passing car stereos on the basis that I went outside without blocking my ears. Or if someone overhears you and your partner in bed because YOU left the window open then it's their fault and they are invading your privacy.
Despite this, I understand your point, I just disagree with it. It just seems to be shifting the blame from those who setup insecure WLANs to those who are naturally curious.
