The U.S. government's most secret class of Internet spying, telephone wiretaps and physical searches would become slightly less secret under legislation proposed this week reflecting lawmakers' growing unease with the Justice Department's use of expanded surveillance powers.

It's very nice of you to go and complain about the previous post's condemnation of the Patriot Act, but then provide no support of unconstitutionality for the laws you dislike. Last time I checked, the power of Congress to levy an income tax was, very specifically, an amendment to the constitution.
