Personally, I find the legal aspects if this incident amusing. Had this actually been illegal, we would be reading about Lamos' arrest, not his lost media opportunity. The laws, as applied here, are merely a convenient means of silencing a problem that NO one can completely avoid.
I'll never have a complete understanding of legal and political issues; they grow in exponential proportion to the average human lifespan. I DO understand that the line between "aid" and "harm" is becoming wider, greyer, and blurrier, as evidenced in this case. We can either ponder, learn, and move with care, or act like estrogen-stressed pit bulls, shoot the messenger, and call people names. Right, Scott?
