They should fire the journalist that suggested he even look at NBC's network. He just encouraged an illegal act since he didn't have the authority to tell Lamo to do anything. Lamo might not be held at fault after some legal wrangling, but the journalist surely would be helb liable by NBC. I would hate to be him when ABC and CBS pick up Lamo's story about breaking into NBC's network while on camera...
