The government and private technology experts warned Wednesday that hackers plan to attack thousands of Web sites Sunday in a loosely coordinated "contest" that could disrupt Internet traffic.

IMO, a network's security stance should be no different when compromise attempts are expected.

With the possible exception of making sure that the appropriate staff members are on call, July 6th should be just another day for your network.
