I think the market being so weak right now, most companies are looking for ways to boost your income. I know comcast has been coming around, threatening audits. I have high speed internet and some guy knocked on my door saying, what the hell, you are stealing cable, thats illegal. I pointed at the bunny ears on top of my tv and said, here browse around, 2, 3, 4, fuzzy, 5, and 13... hrm...

Anyway, I think companies are trying to come up with new revenue. Doing a blanket suit like this is rediculous.

Boycotting DTV would be a step in the right direction. Personally I will stick with cable.

What they are doing is like saying,

I'm going to start sueing everyone who bought a hammer because it can be used to break into my house. As well as I'm going to sue everyone who owns a gun because it could be used for murder. Both viable crimes.
