I work in the Coin operated video games business and 6 years ago I bougth a programmer to try to use in a country outside USA. We were trying to use the games with cards instead of coins. by this time it was too expensive, but today it is very common to use ISO cards to put the credits and just insert it in a video Game and play without coins.
So I will fight my case, and I bought it before the law about it was passed.
