If it was out of good intention, he'd have notify the appropriate authority (the company, middle-men like securityfocus, etc...) anonymously, and not draw attention to the affected organization.
I mean, come on, how many anonymous ways are there to notify people? He sure as hell knows how.
Or better yet, don't stick his nose without permission where it does not belong. It's obvious his intentions may not be to profit financially from these discoveries but by fame, ego-boosting and craps, etc...
He still acts no different than the little script kiddies that run rampant on irc or aol. If his intention was to gain employment, I don't think anyone would want to hire him?
