SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

In my eyes Lamo is one of those good hackers around in the Internet, that find a security issue, and then contact the company. How many people actually find something at a corporate site, and never let any admin know about this ?
really sad that every hacker gets judged on, not seeing the real action he did.
