SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

50 bucks says they are going to offer to drop the second charge in order for a guilty plea on the first. Most of the time the feds will add one bullshit charge then try to make you feel they are doing you a favor by dropping it in exchange for your plea.
Don't cut any deals Lamo, what do you have to lose? If you plead guilty your out of chances and will have a felony on your record. If you fight this, you always have a chance of winning.
