We have old school in power with old school knowledge. This is great in times of economic downfall, or diseasters, but in regards to technology its a pitfall.
How can one ask a judge or a jury to fairly pass sentence on someone when they have absolutly no clue regarding the crime which is being charged!?
In traditional crimes of murder, fraud, assualt... Things are more black and white as everyone can relate to these things.
Hacking and computers while maybe in everyones homes, no one except a few truely understand them.
As stated, the magistrate has already grouped Lamo in with blackhats... truely sad.
