SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

you feel safer even though you were never targeted?? if a person went into your home while you were asleep, sat in your living room, watched tv, waited until you woke up to tell you:

"you left your front door wide open. i noticed your a single parent and you have 5 kids. i figured i'd hang out to watch out over your family. you should keep your door shut. by the way, i ate a twinkee and got some milk, hope you dont mind"

would you then still feel safer with that person in jail? (which he's not)
