SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

But its not like this. Its more like a bank leaving their vault and doors open..and him going in and calling the bank and telling them the doors are open.

These security holes hurt EVERY company, and every person associated with the NY Times, not just the owners. Someone could break into their network, and change an employees salary info, etc.

Wouldnt you want someoen to tell you if the bank was leaving the vault open at night?
