Heckenkamp Challenges Computer Ban

Accused eBay hacker Jerome Heckenkamp is back in federal court in California this month, but it isn't for his ever-slipping trial date. His attorneys are mounting a constitutional challenge to court-ordered pre-trial restrictions that have kept him from computers and the Internet since his indictment nearly three years ago.

You "know he did something wrong" ? Would you care to tell us what that is and exactly what your source of information is? Last time I checked, he .still. hasn't been convicted of anything.

I am not saying anyone is innocent, but I am not saying anyone is guilty. What I am saying is this: unless you know the guy personally (I don't, perhaps you do?), why not keep an open mind? Believe it or not, not everything you read and hear is true...
