His attorneys are mounting a constitutional challenge to court-ordered pre-trial restrictions that have kept him from computers and the Internet since his indictment nearly three years ago.

Secondly. How much can the government get away with while investigating the details before his trial. Next they're gonna stop people who are waiting for a court date because of a parking ticket from driving!!!
