@Stake made a business decision not to hire Mark Abene...you really can't fault them for that. After all, they don't owe him employment (or anything for that matter) in any way.

However, I find it very hard to believe that someone hadn't said something earlier on in the process. It's almost as if everyone in the hiring process, including the recruiter, was completely ignorant of Mark's past.

I'm sure the guys from L0pht must have known...did anyone ever ask them?
