Woopy Doo. Happens all the time, for a variety of reasons.
A business chooses itself how to run itself, they are the ones who have the final say, should potential employees demand the right to be employed ?
Each company has the right to choose whom to employ or not.
Being from the UK, I am curious exactly which US employment law is was that @stake broke ?
Or is that a silly question ? Or just a 'non-newsworthy one'...
