i was suspended TWICE by comcast.... once by their netowrk abuse department, and a second time by an error in their network abuse policy machines.

after talking with network abuse many times on the phone... i was able to pull it out of them that the CAP was in fact 100 gigs per month. i log all my data traffic, and noticed that the month i was suspended for i in fact downloaded 64 gigs, and uploaded 40 gigs... so i guess its TOTAL up and down...
