If you can't do the time.... 2004-02-13

You know... everyone is talking as if jerome thought up those silly defenses he used in court (like having the gov't present the U.S. in person to prosecute him, or having the U.S. serve the person whose name is spelled in all caps...) These were not jerome's original ideas. Even in freesk8.org, it was revealed that he was actually following old, old, old tricks that some tax evaders used years ago in their defenses. The judges had seen all these before and were just irritated with this dork wasting their time and pretending he knew the law.

This guy basically thought he was smarter than the law.

Well, he was wrong.

As far as whether he did or didn't? Well, he confessed to things that only he would know. So, you tell me.....

If you break into a computer system, it is like breaking into a home.

If you can't do the time... don't do the crime.
