Microsoft warns consumers about major Windows security flaws

Microsoft Corp. warned customers Tuesday about unusually serious security problems with its Windows software that could let hackers quietly break into their computers to steal files, delete data or eavesdrop on sensitive information.

This article was posted on Comcast.net. The photo showed the user with a Macintosh Powerbook. For information, macs have never been subject to the kind of problems that Windows faces every day. 70000 plus virus definitions versus zero for Mac OS X. Not that they cannot be written, but, it is mindboggling why people don't simply switch.
