well, in that case we should arrest bill gates for supplying us with basic networking tools which come preloaded with all windows distributions, because used in the wrong hands they could be used for malicious purposes, hell why dont we arrest everyone tht has ever written any kind of program that in the hands of someone could be used for malicious purposes
