FBI agents arrested a Louisiana man last week for allegedly tricking a handful of MSN TV users into running a malicious e-mail attachment that reprogrammed their set-top boxes to dial 9-1-1 emergency response.

Thank you! This guy is my brother. I am concerned and dont know the whole story and I am finding all this stuff on the web... My 9 month old grandson, dialed 911 by mistake. I was thinking that and in the same wondering if he felt that he was victum of some sort of cyber terrorisim himself. The question is what did these people do to him or others to make him feel like he needed to call 911 to come to their home.. I guess I need to ask him that myself?
