Anti-piracy vigilantes track file sharers
Kevin Poulsen, SecurityFocus 2004-03-18

Err, isn't permission implied when the user willingly downloads, then clicks on the .exe file?

Besides, who would step forward and act as a witness for the prosecution? "Yes yerhoner, I went to download a big fat DMCA violation and ripped of a copyright, then I got.. got.. got... raped! yes, raped! by this scurrilous anti-pirating BASTARD! He even put my name on a public shame list!!!11!!"

Heh... I somehow don't see it happening.
