War of words rages over Internet taps

The public comment period on a Justice Department proposal to make the Internet easier to wiretap ended Monday with most of the filed comments tracing a clean line between two opposing camps: on the government's side, federal, state and local law enforcement agencies who perform wiretaps, allied with companies who sell surveillance equipment and services; on the other, Internet companies who would be forced by the plan to make changes to their networks, along with advocacy groups concerned about slowed innovation and an incursion on Internet privacy.

Well, I just wonder what will happen when I in my free country the netherlands start to spread mails where I declare Bush should be shot and all terrorrist are hero's (which of course I dont!! but it's still my right here) Even start to threath I will kill Bush. Would this mean I get the FBI on my door step? Will I be added to a database, and as soon as I start traveling through the USA, I'll be followed? Do I still get in the USA at all? Am I being monitored and collected in a database just for writing this message? Will the feds be standing on my doorstep when I arive home from work tonight because I said something YOUR covernment doesnt like? Internet should be open to all and ppl should be able to say whatever they want to say on it without the risk of being monitored and collected in databases in the USA. (and of course it's to late already).
