Isn't that nice of Microsoft. They'll charge for allowing spam to go through, and pray that the spammers do not adhere to their terms and conditions and collect the penalty bond as well. Microsoft cannot lose. Successful spammers are more than happy to pay clean up costs and or penalties which is a pitance compared to what they earn.

Yet another money grubbing scheme from the scum at Redmond. No doubt they intentionally leave vulnerabilities in their software products because the results are the same as above, cheaper not to code correctly, and teaming up with firewall and antivirus vendors, can sell peripheral defences against the holes in their products.

A win win on both accounts for the team and Redmond.
