lol, people that don't have time to keep their computers up to date ?!? it wouldn't have done them a damn good, because Microsoft takes atleast 2 months to address an issue complained about. The real question here is, had the issue been reported to Microsoft before he had released this little peice of malicious software. I'd have to say, if Microsoft knew about the problem, then they should have fixed it before he could have done this, if HE had discovered the exploit, then ALL THE MORE POWER TO HIM, if someone else did and he just used it, then jail him for being a kiddie. Now, if HE had discovered it AND reported it to Microsoft, then Microsoft should be fined for all the damages done by it. Yes, it is wrong to find and exploit something without it being reported, but there are still no jurisdiction over the internet, so either way it worked, he shouldn't be in any trouble whatsoever.
