Gotta love people who violate their own rant about someone else. And turn off the caps lock. Are you an AOLuser from the early 90s?

If you're wondering about what I'm referring, you say he's a jerk-off YET YOU YELL blah blah blah. You then proceed to make assumptions about the sensors, their intended purpose, etc etc. If you're really geniune, consider this: Federal land often resides next to public, and sometimes the two co-mingle. In this case, the feds and military have a vested interest in what's going on next door.
