If you're wondering about what I'm referring, you say he's a jerk-off YET YOU YELL blah blah blah. You then proceed to make assumptions about the sensors, their intended purpose, etc etc. If you're really geniune, consider this: Federal land often resides next to public, and sometimes the two co-mingle. In this case, the feds and military have a vested interest in what's going on next door.
