High tech military? How funny, STOP!!! You are making my side hurt!

When I was in the military, from '89 to '93, I was in charge of maintaining a radar system so "high tech". The build year stamp was dated 1947. There was a new version out for five years before it was decided that a command ship should have an up-to-date version.

Let me go on, Remember in all the WWII movies that showed the radioman on the ground, calling in coordinates? That radio on his back was the same ones that we had for the marines to use on the ground. They never updated those radios when I left near the end of '93
