Backdoor program gets backdoored
Kevin Poulsen, SecurityFocus 2004-06-11

The author of a free Trojan horse program favored by amateur computer intruders found himself with some explaining to do to the underground last month, after his users discovered he'd slipped a secret backdoor password into his popular malware, potentially allowing him to re-hack compromised hosts.

V-true. All we need is a worm to scan the default port and if OP is as big as I think it is then there could be some ddosing.

But I thik that "some" of the reg users of trojans know to change the port number. Without the reg port theres not much use for the master pass.

A good move for a coder that makes RATS. as Mobman (Coder of S7) knew if the RAT gets big then he could get f***ed.

And for the people that say the soders are scum. It takes skill to make these programs... And without them many companys would die out. Where would Norton be? Not that Norton picks them up anyway. ;)
