In which universe? Sorry, but if you've been paying any attention to freshmeat.com or slashdot, you'll find that not only has development *not* stopped, but it's going stronger than ever. The consensus is that Digital Convergence doesn't have a legal leg to stand on. They might try to make life difficult by suing people, but the only way they'd win is if the developer doesn't have any financial assets to stand up to the legal bullying.
