Item #7 is a must, Peabody Coal has had a rash of their employees have ID Theft. Looks like they had a security issues with document destruction-- as in a dumpster palcement rather than an On-Site destrution firm.

Next Peabody Coal knew about it and did not tell employees to take care and check their credit reoprts.

Guess the lawyers will have a field day with them in a class action suit.

It is not a recycling or janitorial issue for firms it is Risk Management and they need to develop a court defensiable document destruction program-- it is cheraper than a defense lawyer.
