The question posed was whether I believe that they have the capability to create a patch in 48 hours as the company owner claimed. I do believe that because I have seen it. However they are not using that cabaility rather they are pretending that they need months and sometimes years on end.
They have the capability to do so in 48 hours if and when it suits them only.
