Has anoyne else forgotten that in a decade or so, china will be hosting the olympic games? THIS is the country we want to be going to in order to watch this competition?

I am not sure what is the more laughable scenario, they get this system into place and it goes berserk with the influx of "dirty" foreigners, or they police actually try and prosecure most of the alerts during the course of the olympics and we get multiple international incidents...
