We also have an issue that even when the call ID is blocked by the end user, the VoIP provider is changing the privacy bit to allow for delivery (because blocked ID also blocks ANI on at least one customers network to us) and the end office switch has no indication that the ID should be blocked, delivering the CPN.
VoIP carriers are, in most cases, new to telephony. Most don?t even know what bellcore standards are, much less adhere to them.
