One can hope that someone's lawsuit will find the courts overturning this bureaucratic agency decision and one can dream in the extreme that Congress, for a change, will opt to genuinely support personal privacy and our Constitutional principles rather than more and more of what results as small components in the erection of a most horrible evil powers empire. In the meantime, Shirkdog is correct if also obtusely cryptic. There must arise continuous, massive use of the strongest encryption of our communications. Yet it is tragic that we must protect ourselves from politicized abuses of the powers held by our public servants which if used properly could better protect us. Somehow there must emerge strong allegiance to character traits of integrity, honesty, openness and caring for everyone in our public servants elected, appointed and hired. Any suggestions towards such a transformation?
